Wat is de Zandkamer?
In deze unieke speelruimte – de eerste Zandkamer van Nederland – ontdekken kinderen (1 tot 8 jaar) op speelse wijze de magie van zacht wit zand. Met hun handen of antiek keukengerei vullen, gieten, malen en scheppen ze, terwijl hun creativiteit en motoriek zich ontwikkelen. Spelen zonder grenzen! Ook ouders komen tot rust. Geniet stilletjes van het spel van je kind en ervaar de kalmerende sfeer.

De Zandkamer, gevestigd bij De Vrije SpeelRuimte in Almere, biedt een bijzondere speelervaring voor jong en oud. Kom langs en ontdek het zelf!

Wat betekent het prikkelarme uurtje?
Een prikkelarm uurtje is in de ochtend en betekent dat er minder kinderen aanwezig zijn, zodat er meer ruimte en rust is in de Zandkamer. Een combiticket is een kaartje voor jou en jouw kind samen voor €17,50.

The Low-Stimulation Hour

What is the SandRoom?
In this unique playroom – the first SandRoom in the Netherlands – children (ages 1 to 8) can playfully discover the magic of soft white sand. Using their hands or antique kitchen tools, they can fill, pour, grind, and scoop while developing their creativity and motor skills. Play without limits! Parents can also relax. Enjoy quietly watching your child play and experience the calming atmosphere.

The SandRoom, located at De Vrije SpeelRuimte in Almere, offers a special play experience for both young and old. Come and discover it for yourself!

What does the Low-Stimulation Hour mean?
The Low-Stimulation Hour takes place in the morning and ensures fewer children are present, creating more space and calm in the SandRoom. A combination ticket for you and your child together is €17.50.
